2018: It Hits You When You Know It

The Story: Nicole is a struggling writer who misses her ex boyfriend; Chris is a frustrated studio musician who misses his band; Mary is a married yoga instructor who misses some excitement; they're best friends since college and they get together to celebrate the wedding of another high school BFFE, Julia. Nicole brings some motivational books and a notepad, Chris his guitar and a bottle of Jack, Mary brings Ted, her workaholic husband. It's all fun and games until the Pandora's box is opened... While everything goes sour, their personal dramas must be put on hold when tragedy hits and the wedding is suddenly canceled.
The Author: Elisa Manzini was born in Lecco, Italy. After receiving her BA at DAMS in Bologna, she began her career as a TV writer for Comedy Central and Endemol in Europe. Since she moved to Los Angeles she managed to write several feature films, two novels, the web series “Hollywood Angels”, and few short films.
She’s a playwright member of the Actors Studio West, P/D Unit (under the leadership of Mark Rydell).

The Story: Created through nine separate comedies and dramas. From a one night stand, secrets being released, scholarly passion to a divorce arising in the line at Disneyland - Couples is the perfect mix of humour and emotion through the scope of human relationships.
The Author: Rich Orloff wrote a dozen full-length comedies, a variety of short plays, and a documentary styled piece Vietnam 101: The War on Campus. His plays have been performed around the world, on the stage and even in schools, and his back catalogue of works have led to his prestigious nature, where he was invited to give guest lectures and workshops on playwrighting in different universities.
The Author: Oscar Wilde was an iconic figure in Irish literature and one of their most famous playwrights and authors. His literary impact eclipses his downfall where he was imprisoned for the 'gross indecency' for living his own life, in a time quite different to where we are now. His witticisms, emotion and petty bourgeoise commentary still live on and are studied around the world to this day.
2017: The Angry Brigade
Dates: 11th, 12th, 13th, & 14th May 2017
Venue: KuFA Moabit (Berlin)
The Story: London; 1970s, in the midst of austerity from the current Tory party a group of anarchists mobilised to shake the foundations of the establishment. Their targets: MPs, embassies, police and the unsuspecting beauty queens. How to combat this civil unrest?
The second half of the story comes from the frontline, a specially assembled police unit, with a new strategy to trial. Will they succeed or will London be changed forever?
The Author: James Graham is a British playwright published by Methuen, television writer and one-time actor. Educated at Ashfield Comprehensive School and the University of Hull. He began working with Finborough Theatre, where he took up residency as a playwright and in his later years wrote the script for X+Y, which was premiered in 2015.
2016: Suite Surrender

The Story: A luxurious Palm Beach Hotel, 1942. A pair of extravagant divas find themselves in the most pompous suite that the hotel has to offer. Trouble brews quickly when two oversized personalities are caught in the same room. Drama erupts when a terrible mistake by the hotel staff leaves both of them fearing for their lives but should they knock to see who is residing in the room next door?
The Author: Michael Mckeever delivers witticisms, insight and a levelled quantity of humour, which have entertained audiences throughout America, Europe and Russia. His works, 37 Postcards, Suite Surrender, Charlie Cox Runs with Scissors, Stuff and Melt, have been produced by many prestigious theatres around the globe. He is a three time finalist for Human Fest's, Heideman Award; recipient of five Carbonell Awards; two Silver Palm Awards; and three Florida Individual Artist Fellowships. After founding the Zoetic Stage in Miami, he now resides in South Florida and is a member of the Dramatists Guild and Actors' equity.
2014: You Can't Take It With You

The Story: Alice Sycamore, a sweet girl, falls for the Bankers son, Tony Kirby. Over a full family meal, in which the happy couple search for the families blessings, Alice's extended family maybe more than the Kirbys had invested in. A philosophical grandfather, a ballerina sister and a father whose obsession is in fireworks, what could possibly go wrong?
The Author: Kaufman and Hart are recorded to have collaborated over a period of ten years (1930-40), which in such a short time gave them tremendous popularity which to this day seems not to fade.
2013: The Importance of Being Earnest

The Story: A farce held in mistaken identities, secret engagements and entanglements. A play that create joy even a century after it’s premiere. Cecily and Gwendolen are both in love with the very same, mystery suitor. Both respectable suitors, Jack and Algernon, disguise themselves as Ernest to woo their loves and both become trapped in their lies. One weekend, all four loves, mass confusion, all can only be saved by a senior handmade and a discarded handbag .
